How to make a return
Check the item(s) meet the conditions of Returns below
Contact us with your order number and/or name via the contact page
Package the item appropriately
Return the item to the address provided in step 2
Receive a refund within 10 days of return
Conditions for Returns
Unframed Prints
Return your print for a full refund providing:
The print(s) were delivered to you or collected in the last 45 days
The print(s) are returned in original condition and suitably protected
Exceptions:
Prints ordered as part of a commission
Prints produced to a personalised specification e.g. a coloured border or prints mounted on a substrate such as aluminium etc.
Framed Prints
Frames are made to order by hand and are unique to your order. For this reason, and not being able to hold stock of many framed prints, framed items are non-refundable.
Orders damaged on delivery
Please see the Delivery Policy for what to do.
You will be reimbursed no later than 10 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will refund to the original payment method and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning your order to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
Returned by purchaser
Gifts returned by the purchaser follow the same process as a regular return.
Returned by recipient
Gift recipients can return the print for an exchange during the 45 day return window or for a refund back to the original payment method.
